May-June	A Level Examinations – see Revision page for the book inc. all dates
1st-5th June	Skills/UCAS/Apprenticeship days
8th June	Year 12 Lessons begin for A2 Levels
w/c 13th July	Work Experience Week Students must organise their own work experience week which will support future career/job/pathway/university course. Students must see their form tutor if they require any extra support.
13th Aug	AS & A Level results School doors will open at 8am.

University Pre-Tests: Please check UCAS for your application deadlines or if any pre-tests need to be taken. It is your responsibility to book and check.

Future Tuesdays: ‘Life, Study and Beyond’ Workshops
All sessions will take place during PM Reg (2:00-2:30) in the Study Area and are open to both Yr 12 and Yr 13 students.

Wed 8th Oct	Joe P BBC Apprenticeships Meet ex-pupil Joe Porretta who is currently completing a BBC Apprenticeship. Find out about his application experience and get top tips on how to make yours stand out.
Tues 21st Oct	CV writing Advice on how to structure a CV, what to include etc.
Tues 11th Nov	Careers Insight ‘Health-More than Medicine’ The Careers Insight sessions are led by outside speakers and explore the different jobs available within each sector.
Tues 18th Nov	VESPA - Vision The VESPA sessions will take each element individually, giving practical advice and activities you can take away to help you with your studies.

Year 12 Induction Day : TBC 2026

Induction day will follow this timetable:

8:40am - Year 12 students meet in the common room to find out form tutor details.
8:50am - Year 12 students go to AM Reg to meet their new form tutor.
Lessons 1-4 - all Year 12 students meet in the main hall at 9am for Year 12 Induction presentations and activities.
PM Reg - all Year 12 students go to form.
Lesson 5 - all Year 12 students meet again in the main hall for further induction activities.

Your new form room information will be displayed in the common room from 8.30am.
Important information will be shared regarding the first week of teaching.
Please ensure you wear your full Sixth Form uniform.

Year 12 First day lessons : TBC 2026

8.50am - registration.
Year 12 subject lessons will begin with Lesson 1 for all Year 12 students, including collaboration students. I will meet new collaboration students for induction talks in the sixth form study area at the start of Lessons 1 and 3 across the week.
